Returns and Refunds Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you change your mind about your purchase, you have 14 days from delivery to return the product.
How the return works
Simply send us an email to info@hhumitec.com with your order number.
Ship the product in its original packaging , complete with accessories and manuals.
Once received and verified, we will refund the amount paid (excluding any additional shipping costs such as express deliveries).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
When returns are not possible
For safety and security reasons, we cannot accept returns if :
the product has been tampered with or opened ;
the warranty or tamper-evident seals have been removed or damaged ;
essential components are missing (packaging, accessories, manuals).
In these cases we will not be able to proceed with the refund.
Defective or non-compliant products
If the product has a manufacturing defect or malfunctions, don't worry: the 36-month legal warranty is still valid. In these cases, we'll cover the collection and replacement costs.
