We analyse the documentation and determine the appropriate model, number of devices and correct positioning.
ONE AND TWO — GUIDED INSTALLATION
Once the building is deemed suitable, you receive a personalised installation guide showing the recommended installation point and the necessary instructions.
ONE·S AND TWO·S — PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION
Positioning, installation and Syncro configuration are carried out by hhumitec technicians or authorised professionals.
Frequently asked questions
• Can hhumitec be installed where walls are frescoed?
Yes. Installation requires no cutting, demolition or injections, and the device is not fixed to the frescoed surface. In protected heritage settings, positioning is agreed with the professionals responsible for conservation.
• How long does it take to see results?
The first noticeable results generally appear after around 10 months. The process typically takes 10 to 30 months, depending on the building conditions, and progress is verified through periodic measurements.
• Does the device need to remain switched on at all times?
Yes. It operates 24 hours a day with a power consumption of 1.2 W, equivalent to approximately 10.5 kWh per year. A brief power interruption does not affect the process.
• Can the progress of moisture reduction be verified?
Yes. Progress is monitored through comparative measurements at predefined points, according to a protocol tailored to the building and the selected service.
