Technology and Use
ONE·S is the Syncro solution for complex, multi-section or large buildings. The system coordinates multiple devices to achieve uniform regulation of moisture within the masonry.
The configuration and correct positioning of the devices are determined according to the structure of the building. The service includes monitoring and periodic reports on the progress of the process.
No cutting, demolition or injections into the masonry are required.
The process is gradual. Initial changes may be detected after around 10 months; the overall drying time depends on the condition of the building.
ONE·S is not intended to treat condensation, water ingress or plumbing leaks.
Returns, Right of Withdrawal and Warranty
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery by writing to info@hhumitec.com and providing the order number.The product must be returned within 14 days of the withdrawal notice. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or does not conform to the order.
Any use beyond what is necessary to inspect and assess the product may result in a reduction of the refund.
Refund
The refund includes the price paid and the cost of standard delivery. Any additional charges for special or express delivery are excluded.Legal Warranty
Consumer purchases are covered by the statutory 2-year guarantee of conformity from the date of delivery. In the event of a defect, please contact info@hhumitec.com.When returns are not possible
For safety and security reasons, we cannot accept returns if :
- the product has been tampered with or opened ;
- the warranty or tamper-evident seals have been removed or damaged ;
- essential components are missing (packaging, accessories, manuals).
In these cases we will not be able to proceed with the refund.
Defective or non-compliant products
If the product has a manufacturing defect or malfunctions, don't worry: the 36-month legal warranty is still valid. In these cases, we'll cover the collection and replacement costs.
Technical Assessment and Delivery
ONE·S requires a preliminary technical assessment of the building.
Before the subscription is activated, the system configuration and device positioning are defined.
The expected shipping and installation date will be communicated once it has been confirmed.
The schedule and operational arrangements are confirmed with the customer following the technical assessment.
