Technology and Use
TWO·S is the Syncro solution for complex, multi-section or large buildings. The system coordinates multiple devices to achieve uniform regulation of moisture within the masonry, even across extensive areas.
The configuration and correct positioning of the devices are determined according to the structure of the building. The service includes monitoring and periodic reports on the progress of the process.
No cutting, demolition or injections into the masonry are required.
The process is gradual. Initial changes may be detected after around 10 months; the overall drying time depends on the condition of the building.
TWO·S is not intended to treat condensation, water ingress or plumbing leaks.
Returns, Right of Withdrawal and Warranty
TWO·S requires a preliminary technical assessment of the building.
Before the subscription is activated, the system configuration and device positioning are defined.
The expected shipping and installation date will be communicated once it has been confirmed.
The schedule and operational arrangements are confirmed with the customer following the technical assessment.
