Technology and Use
ONE uses dynamic moisture regulation to address rising damp in porous masonry.
It requires no building work, cutting or injections. It operates continuously, with no moving parts, and consumes approximately 1.2 W.
The process is gradual. Initial changes may be detected after around 10 months; the overall drying time depends on the condition of the building.
ONE is not intended to treat condensation, water ingress or plumbing leaks.
Returns, Right of Withdrawal and Warranty
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery by writing to info@hhumitec.com and providing the order number.The product must be returned within 14 days of the withdrawal notice. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or does not conform to the order.
Any use beyond what is necessary to inspect and assess the product may result in a reduction of the refund.
Refund
The refund includes the price paid and the cost of standard delivery. Any additional charges for special or express delivery are excluded.Legal Warranty
